Jenna Pavlak is a seasoned Human Resources leader and ICF Credentialed Coach with well over a decade of experience in full-cycle HR management.
As an HR leader, she brings strategic insight and a people-first approach to developing high-performing teams and fostering positive workplace cultures.
Jenna began her career in NYC and has experience in industries such as: Finance, Construction, Educational Technology and more. She specializes in aligning HR initiatives with business goals, driving organizational growth through talent development, and coaching executives to lead with clarity and confidence.
Jenna is a Certified Executive Coach, having completed over 60 hours of coach-specific training through an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited program. Her ICF credentials reflect a strong commitment to ethical standards, proven coaching competencies, and continuous professional growth. Jenna’s approach is rooted in integrity, collaboration, and a deep passion for empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.
